On the day

At the time of your appointment we will either call you, or please use the link we have sent you to join the video conference.

For video conferencing:

You can use either your home computer, laptop or phone to video conference by clicking the link sent to your email.

Please check your email that you have provided to us as the link will be sent around 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

If you experience any delays or issues:

Just like a real waiting room there could be delays on the day of your appointment. If we are running late, we apologise in advance. If you are are on hold in the video waiting room we appreciate your patience.

If on the day, you experience any difficulty accessing the link or video conference please call our office on 9588 9888.
